What does the term ethical pricing mean?

Okay, so what does MBO mean by ethical pricing? Quite simply, Mexico by Owner charges only what we need to charge, not what we could charge. Listing on MBO is as low as $1US a day with no commissions, no hidden fees, no contracts and you can cancel anytime.

Could we charge more than $1 a day? Probably, but we simply don’t need to, nor do we want to. We keep our team small and invest in making our online listing service affordable and the best it can be to keep it at the forefront of technology and noticed worldwide.

Mexico by Owner believes in ethical pricing.

MBO is not a real estate agency. Mexico by Owner is primarily a tool that allows you to take more control over selling or renting out what is most likely your biggest asset. Real estate can sometimes bring folks with questionable ethics out of the woodwork—especially in a market with relaxed regulations for realtors and brokers. Sadly, there are those who see real estate merely as an opportunity to gain a large commission for little work.

There most certainly are fantastic, ethical realtors and brokers out there as well, and we encourage you to talk with as many of them as you can before making any decisions. In fact, if you do hire a broker, they are more than welcome to list on MBO on your behalf (with your permission, of course).

Since we charge absolutely zero commissions, MBO is just another resource to get your property noticed on a world stage. There is no harm in using every tool available to put your property in front of as many potential renters or buyers as possible and we encourage you to explore every avenue.

When you list on Mexico by Owner and we say “no hidden fees” we mean every word. The price you see is the price you pay. Our listing fees are set in a way that every home owner can afford—less than the cost of your morning coffee.

So, give Mexico by Owner a shot. Add it to the mix of tactics used along with your own realtor or broker’s listing site, or try MBO just on its own.
